We appreciate your patience and are happy to announce that our registration system is now open!

To confirm your son/daughter's roster spot on their team, you will need to register as well as pay your confirmation deposit ($200) within 24 hours of receiving this email. You can pay your full fees if you wish to do so, but the minimum required at this time is $200. U9's - U13's must register and pay your fee by noon, Wednesday 6/30 to confirm your Childs placement. U14's and up must register and confirm your spot within 24 hours of receiving your offer.

If you choose to select either the U9/U10 winter training or the third session per week for U11 and above the system will require you to pay that now as well.

HeartlandSC is primarily a volunteer organization and many people put in a lot of volunteer hours to provide this soccer program for your child. Starting this year we are requiring every family to perform at least five hours of volunteer work throughout the year. This can be done in many different positions and you will be able to select them in the system. If you simply cannot perform these five hours then we are requiring you to pay and additional $50 for a non-volunteer fee. The bottom line is we need your help! We want your time not your money!

Our new system will allow you to create an account that can be accessed with user name and password. You will have the ability to manage your household information, register for events and make on-line payments.

Please note that only registration for U9-U13 programs are now available. U14+ calls cannot be made until July 1.

If you have already sent in your deposit, please register your player and choose the "pay by check" option. Be sure to complete the whole registration process. You will be prompted to print a summary and mail with check, which you can disregard as you have already sent your check.

Please note a couple of items you will run into when registering your child:
Please note that your confirmation deposit of $200 is due within 24 hours of receiving this email. You must either pay by credit card through the system or drop off your check at the Sports Zone within that 24 hours. The Sports Zone is currently open for basketball so you can stop by and put your envelope in the white drop box. For your convenience from 5:30 - 10:00 in the evening you can hand your check in the concession stand.

You can pay in full now or pay the first installment now. The final installment is due by August 31st 2010.

When entering your player's birth date, the system may not display the proper U-Level. If this happens do not be concerned as we will correct it on the backend. Although your child may appear as a U-level that is younger, it does not translate into the program you are signing up for.
